The OAL will submit completed CE courses to your OE Tracker & Louisiana State Board of Optometry Examiners profiles, yet they will be listed as NON COPE (even though a course may have COPE approval when presented elsewhere).  The OAL does not currently provide COPE designated events. If you are applying for re-licensure in other states, it is your responsibility to verify that these OAL / AOA approved CE hours (which will all be listed as NON COPE) will count toward your re-licensure.  COPE courses taken elsewhere may be eligible for license renewal.
