The OAL Annual Convention will be held at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, 4728 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA June 6-8, 2025. The Convention will include a 3 day CE meeting for ODs and staff.
The OAL will have SEVERAL different packages and opportunities to get your company’s name and products in front of our Convention attendees. To learn more, click here to visit our Exhibitors Page.
This Registration form is for EXHIBITORS / VENDORS / SPONSORS ONLY! This form allows exhibitors, vendors, and sponsors to register for a Friday Evening Exhibit Hall Booth(s) ONLY.

The 2025 Convention is expected to draw about 200 ODs, about 35 Optometry Students, and about 150 paraoptometric staff.
