ALL PARAS FROM YOUR OFFICE SHOULD REGISTER UNDER THE PRIMARY OD's NAME.  DOCS, GET ALL THE WAY TO THE PAYMENT PAGE TO FIND "ADD ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES" IN ORDER TO REGISTER PARAS FROM YOUR OFFICE, DO ONE AT A TIME IN LIKE MANNER UNTIL ALL ARE REGISTERED. 

Doctor not going to Convention?  ODs should still "register" for a zero dollar package in order to register paras &/or spouse who will be attending any of the Convention functions.
