The OAL Annual Convention will be held at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, 4728 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA June 6-8, 2025.  The Convention will include a 3 day CE meeting for ODs and staff.

This Registration form is for EXHIBITORS / VENDORS / SPONSORS ONLY!  This form allows exhibitors, vendors, and sponsors to register for a Friday Evening Exhibit Hall Booth(s) ONLY. 

(If you would also like to purchase a display table for the entire weekend, in addition to your Exhibit Hall Booth, please use the alternate registration titled: “Full Weekend Exhibitor Registration”)

The 2026 Convention is expected to draw about 200 ODs, about 35 Optometry Students, and about 150 paraoptometric staff.  Last year's Exhibit Hall was Sold Out, so please register soon!
