The OAL Annual Convention will be held at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, 4728 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA June 14-16, 2019.  The Convention will include a 3 day CE meeting for ODs and staff.

This Registration form is for EXHIBITORS / VENDORS / SPONSORS ONLY!  This form allows exhibitors, vendors, and sponsors to register for the Friday Evening Exhibit Hall, the Showcase of Vendors (display tables for the weekend) and purchase Saturday Night Party Tickets.  (use this form ONLY if you are purchasing a booth(s) for Friday evening’s Exhibit Hall and also wish to purchase a display table for the entire weekend, in addition to your Exhibit Hall Booth. If, however, you wish to only purchase a Friday Exhibit Hall booth(s), please use the form titled: “FRIDAY EXHIBIT HALL ONLY REGISTRATION FOR VENDORS”)



This 2019 Convention is expected to draw about 150-175 ODs, about 35 Optometry Students, and about 150 paraoptometric staff assistants.
